So this is the day. Darl’s birthday! Happy birthday!
And as planned, today I was supposed to prepare pan-fried lamb chop, mashed potato and vege. I had to take away grilled salmon because the pack of lamb shoulder that we bought was quite big in portion - in fact we didn’t have much choices. [...]
