Q: What is the condition of the recycled banner items that you offer?
A: Generally all our recycled banner items are brushed, washed, and cleaned by hand, and carefully selected, measured, and cut into eye catchy pieces before sewing. As the banners are recycled, there might be minor imperfections on it, for instance printing ink, folding lines etc, which adds to the unique character and rugged look of the items. All recycled banner items are definitely one-of-a-kind!
Q: What if I am not happy with the items that I’ve purchased?
As we try our very best to constantly make clear description of all items, Refund and Exchange may only happen if buyer are able to provide proof that the item is far beyond as described. Kindly contact us within 7 working days from the day of receipt of the item. Full refund will only be processed after we receive the item in its original condition. Shipping from buyer to us are expected to be paid by buyer. No additional restocking fee will be charged. Also, we cannot take responsibility on damages during shipping (see Shipping and Handling T&C), and also mistake made by buyer during checkout or purchase.
