It’s been a while and sales for the door mats has been slowing down. I believe I forgot to update the donation we made for June too. Aiks, talk about how fast time flies!

It’s been a while and sales for the door mats has been slowing down. I believe I forgot to update the donation we made for June too. Aiks, talk about how fast time flies! For details on this fund raising project, check here.
Finally, after much hesitation and all, we’ve decided to head down to K.L ourselves for Art for Grabs from 18-19 September 2010! Woot! :) We are taking part in this event as part of Etsy Malaysia Local Team. There will be a total of seven members participating being there physically this round, with several others taking part in sharing a team brochures. It’s the first time ever for the team members to meet up and work together – can’t wait! Since we seldom participate in arts and crafts bazaars – and since there is a rule that all items sold at Art for Grabs have to be under RM100, we’ve thought about some fun ways to celebrate our trip there. :)
So to sum up, a total of FOUR of our signature billboard banner sleeve cases for MacBook and MacBook Pro (two 13-inch and two 15-inch, SRP: from RM192) will be selling at RM99 over the two days. We haven’t picked out the ones that will be on sale, but will most likely create four brand new ones. Our current plan is to update in this blog as we work on them – stay tuned! For the two days, you can also get yourself three of our best selling billboard banner storage bins (SRP: RM54/pc) or the new billboard banner tic-tac-toe coaster sets (SRP: RM42/set) at only RM99. And then of course, not to forget our billboard banner bifold wallet and billboard banner journal – all at RM99 each. Our t-shirts and notebooks will also be on sale. The promotions only valid at Art for Grabs from 18-19 September 2010. While stocks last only. We are also working on a cute collaboration with my mother, and hopefully will be in time to bring the creations down. We are still thinking if we can bring along our door mats so we can raise some funds for Furry Friends Farm too, so if you’d like to save on your postage and pick up from us there, let us know! Can’t wait to meet up with everyone! :)
As mentioned, we are working with Global Environment Centre (GEC) in a collaboration. Finally, we’ve listed our first collaboration work in our Etsy shop tonight. GEC is a non-profit NGO, established in 1998 to address key environmental issues. GEC is based in Malaysia and supports activities worldwide. We’ll be upcycling their banners into merchandise and selling them in our Etsy shop. 10% of your purchase will be donated to GEC’s Forest Care Fund. Donations will be made on a quarterly basis starting August 2010, and will be updated in this blog. More items will be added to this section NottyPooch + GEC soon – and don’t say I didn’t mention, some of their banners are really nice and made really really really unique and awesome stuff, and seriously, even I myself got excited over the work!
A little over two weeks ago we mentioned about a collaborative work with an NGO. Well it’s almost ready now. We’ll be working with Global Environment Centre (GEC) in this collaboration. More info and photos will be up when we’re ready – hopefully some time next week! :)
