The Collaboration.

As mentioned, we are working with Global Environment Centre (GEC) in a collaboration. Finally, we’ve listed our first collaboration work in our Etsy shop tonight.

GEC is a non-profit NGO, established in 1998 to address key environmental issues. GEC is based in Malaysia and supports activities worldwide. We’ll be upcycling their banners into merchandise and selling them in our Etsy shop. 10% of your purchase will be donated to GEC’s Forest Care Fund. Donations will be made on a quarterly basis starting August 2010, and will be updated in this blog.

More items will be added to this section NottyPooch + GEC soon – and don’t say I didn’t mention, some of their banners are really nice and made really really really unique and awesome stuff, and seriously, even I myself got excited over the work!

More Work and We’re Loving It!

We received a whole lot of banners from an NGO last weekend (special thanks to our friend who helped with the transportation!), which we’ll be working with in a ‘collaboration’ way – I’m not sure if this is the best term to describe (geez it’s time like this that I’m so ashamed of my vocabulary) but let’s just settle with ‘collaboration’ in the meantime. We’re looking forward to be able to have things up this month. Time to squeeze in more hours in a day!

Also landed with a wholesale order today and I’m totally, I mean TOTALLY thanking the universe for everything! :)

Officially Available Now!

More will be added to this section to our Etsy shop within the next 1-2 days. In the meantime, both of us need to take some serious rest before working full force again.

Deadly Exhausted.

As of now, I’m officially deadly exhausted. Been non-stop at work for the past few days – oh wait, I haven’t really been resting for weeks!

More new work should be completed soon. And then it’s time to worry about funding and marketing and packaging and all. Sometimes I do dream that we are not running a small business – but a big one with endless funding. And then I also dream that both of us are not so obsessed with the need to come up with the best-est design and cuts.

Life would be so different.

Trying Something New.

After several VERY TIRING photo shooting sessions last week, I got kinda pissed off and bored by the fact that we can’t always get the total white background together with the angle that I want. So after some thought, I decided to have another photo shooting session with something new. Well I quite like the whole feel and that I don’t really need to move a lot of things around for this, but not too sure if it’s what I want yet. Thoughts? Anyway, time to re-shoot all photos for that consistent look that I’m so obsessed of.

P/S: Oh and if I haven’t mentioned (which I believe I haven’t), we’ve set up a section on our Etsy shop, in-conjunction with Etsy’s site wide promotion, Christmas in July. We haven’t decided yet but most likely it will last until 25 July 2010. Go check it out now! :)
