… my birthday. :) Yeap I’m a Geminian and I’m turning 30 today. Woohoo. How is this good for a fresh new start? ;) Darl promised for a nice dinner last night and here is what we had. Plus a small bottle of red wine. I’m not really a fan of red wine but I like the bottle. [...] As my parents’ birthdays are less than a month away from each other, I’ve always practiced to give both of them the same surprise or presents, so no complaints ma. Hehe. So since this year I made my mum the chocolate-rock-muffin, I’ve decided to make my dad some muffins too. And with that thought in mine, [...] During my little niece’s first birthday a few months ago, many of the family members who were in town were invited. Most of them are from my mother’s family (her brothers, sisters, and kids), except for my grandma (my dad’s mum) from the mainland. Before we started eating, we set up a tripod and had [...] So this is the day. Darl’s birthday! Happy birthday! :D And as planned, today I was supposed to prepare pan-fried lamb chop, mashed potato and vege. I had to take away grilled salmon because the pack of lamb shoulder that we bought was quite big in portion – in fact we didn’t have much choices. Those [...] So today is the day, as according to my plan, a pre-birthday celebration for darl. There were slight changes on the schedule, whereby darl got himself off from work. We ran a few errands in the afternoon and by the time I finished resting and so, it was already 5pm. OK time to work on [...] |
