First Sale!

Saturday, August 16th, 2008

As the title reads, while this is certainly not our first sale since we are in the business, but it’s our first sale ever on Etsy! Woohoo! Thanks to marquis86 who has just bought our new Traffic Light Dream baby-T in Sky Blue on Thursday night! :)

I can’t tell you exactly how excited I was. When I received the email notification I thought it was some conversation thingy from other members on Etsy but as I was reading, I jumped around the room and dragged darl out of the washroom! lol.

The package has been prepared and sent via Registered International Air Mail to the U.K. yesterday. Yeap our first customer on Etsy is from the U.K. :) I hope she likes our Tee. :)

Oh and btw, here goes the new t-shirt. With my hectic schedule (again!), I haven’t been able to update much online lately.

You can have it printed in our signature white Tee, or our new Sky Blue Tee, and of course, in women, or men. The new Sky Blue Tee is a handmade creation from one of our local friends. The stitches may not be 100% perfect, but we’ll only choose those that are close to perfect for sale.

Close-up of the illustration. I just had this wild idea about the traffic days back and I thought that I should take it out of me. Another few designs are in the pipeline so stay tuned! :)

A Happy Update After A Long While.

Wednesday, June 18th, 2008

I’ve been wanting to update this blog for very long but could never really get a time to do so. Probably I just need some time to snap some nice photos of our products, or Xiao Bi, but… OK la all excuses! LOL. Lazy bum.

Anyway.

Today I thought of sharing a very nice experience with a very nice customer of us not long ago. Sometime at the end of last month I received an email sent to my personal email account. I thought it was a spam and luckily, I took a while to read through. It was an enquiry on our Couple-T. Instead of having our standard couple-T, this customer was asking if we could change the wordings ‘My boyfriend’ and ‘My girlfriend’ to their names.

It was such a wonderful and creative idea! I thought. So I quickly replied and worked out a fee for that. Instead of going through the standard fee for our customised-T, I discussed with DARL and worked out a better option for him. We happily suggested a method that, well, a bit more troublesome for us, but save a few bucks in his wallet. :D

We were running out of the size of the t-shirt that he required at that time. He was kind enough to pay us in advance and waited for almost two weeks to have both his customised-Ts ready. Everything went smoothly. We test printed several times before we got the t-shirts and special thanks to his patience, we did it without pressure. If you are reading this, thank you again! :)

So here are the end products.

Drop us a note if you are interested to declare your love via our couple-T! :)

Couple Up!

Sunday, April 20th, 2008

As mentioned in the previous post, I was working on a Couple-T for the Pooch Series. I actually completed it late last night but was too tired to snap photos for them - well, I accidentally ruined one of the t-shirts and had to reprint it. @.@

Anyway, here goes the first Couple-T for our Pooch Series. The colour is fresh, the wordings and images could be catchy if you go nearer to it. lol. Will suit perfectly well for the fun-loving couples, I’d say. ;)

I don’t know why but I can’t seem to control the DSLR very well today for a nice crispy shot. @.@ I hope the following close-ups will be able to show clearly on the images.

The one of your left is printed on the guy’s tee. The one on your right is printed on the lady’s tee. Click on them to enlarge if you can’t see it clearly. :)

By the way, this Couple-T is not officially launched yet. Prices and stuffs will be out soon in these few days.

While on this, everyone knows that Mother’s Day is just around the corner. I was also working on something for this special occasion. Specially for the hotties mommies out there. Here is a sneak preview on the working process. I was cleaning the stencil but I guess you can already see the shadow image. ;)

Till then, I’m so worn out today that I really think I should give myself a short break. Too much of everything, but too less of something, I guess…

Happy weekend! :)

All the Buzy Buzzy Work.

Saturday, April 19th, 2008

This week is considered a hectic week for me. As mentioned in the previous post, I’ve been working on listing on international sites, as well as the current ones. At the same time, sales and orders came pouring in - which of course, I really LOVE it! ;)

I was talking to DARL the other day and I realised how many things I am currently taking care of. From designing to purchasing, from account to customer service. No wonder it’s hectic. But I guess the most important thing for me is, how our customers feel dealing with us.

Over the week, there were plenty of customers who replied to us, either telling us about our service, or our products. I love reading their emails, for their compliments, which really made my day. :) One of them who happened to be a student stated that she will be getting another similar item for herself (she bought one for her mother this time). Another one love the service that we have been giving her. All these really made me feel more confidence to venture more into what we have been doing. I really love you people! :D

Today I started listing our items on eBay Singapore. At the same time, I’ve prepared a stencil for our next Pooch Series T-shirts *hint: it’s going to be a couple T!* ;)

On the side note, with all my hectic working around, Xiao Bi came up with her attitude of not eating her meal again. @.@ She has skipped 2 meals, up to date. I suspected it was because of the mutton in her food. At one point she loved mutton so much that she would jump and jump for it. But now she just refused to touch them. @.@

Oh well. Nvm. Save on the mutton then. :D

And About the New Service…

Thursday, April 10th, 2008

So as I mentioned, with our latest product line, we are having a new service too. With us, it’s all about unique, it’s all about yelling out your own personality. So what would be better than having your own exclusively commissioned T-shirts?

That’s right. We are accepting commissioned T-shirt design and printing. You can choose to provide us with your own design, or have us to design for you (fee may apply). The most important part is, you are going to have, perhaps, the only T-shirt in the world. You may, of course, also commission a couple T-shirt to celebrate your love with your loved ones. You name the quantity, and we’ll print it - of course, all hand-printed.

To start off, here is a chart for your reference on pricing. Tips: it’s always the more you order, the cheaper the price per piece will go.

So for instance, if the image that you want us to print for you is going to be like our first member of the Pooch Series, the ‘Kiss Me!’ t-shirt, with only red colour, that would be considered as a one-colour printing, and hence the one-time set up cost will be RM 60. And let’s say you would like to order 2 pieces of t-shirts with that printing, hence it will work out into RM 60 + RM 20 + RM 20 = RM100. Meaning, RM 50 per piece in this case (RM100 / 2 pieces). Get what I mean? :)

It’s OK if you can’t grab the idea clearly now. You can always drop us an email and we’ll explain to you and workout something for both parties.

That’s about it in the meantime. Now go think about how you want to customise the design of your exclusive T-shirt! ;)
