While we try our best to take accurate photos of all our items, kindly keep in mind that colours will vary from one monitor to another.
Payment
Buyers are required to complete the transaction within 3 days. We accept PayPal and credit card payment through PayPal from international buyers, and Maybank transfer from Malaysian buyer (Malaysian buyer kindly contact us to arrange for local bank transfer). Kindly contact us if you need more time to complete the transaction.
Shipping
We are constantly looking for ways to reuse packaging materials, and/or pack our items with used materials. Nevertheless, we will make sure all items are well-packed before shipping. We are not able to be responsible for any loss or damages during shipping, which is out of our control.
All items will be shipped via Registered Mail within 3 working days once payment received, unless specified. It may take approximately 15-25 working days to arrive at international destinations, and is subject to custom clearance and transport conditions.
Buyers are required to pay for any customs or taxes if applicable.
Kindly double check your shipping address filed on Etsy and PayPal to make sure they are the same. In the event that we notice different shipping addresses on both Etsy and PayPal receipt, we will first convo/email you to confirm the address to ship to. We will wait for a maximum of 3 working days for your reply and confirmation. If no response given, we will ship to the shipping address filed on your PayPal account.
Please take note that under normal circumstances, your local post office will leave you a notice if you are not at home during delivery. You may then pick up the parcel at your local post office, normally within 30 days. If no one claim or pick up the parcel within that period of time, the parcel will be sent back to us. If this happen, buyer may request for re-shipping (we will quote you and you'll need to pay for this round of shipping) or refund (with 10% restocking fee).
Refunds and Exchanges
Refund and Exchange may only happen if buyer are able to provide proof that the item is far beyond as described in the listing. Kindly contact us within 7 working days from the day of receipt of the item. Full refund will only be processed if we receive the item in its original condition. Shipping from buyer to us are expected to be paid by buyer. No restocking fee will be imposed.
Additional Policies and FAQs
Do take note that our local time is GMT + 08:00, hence if you order on Thursday or Friday at your place (depending on your location), we may only be able to ship on the next Monday at our place. Nevertheless, we'll always ship ASAP. :)
